amkep respects intellectual property rights and removes infringing or abusive content from bio pages. Use the form below, or email abuse@amkep.com directly, to file a report.
What we act on
- Copyright infringement (images, video, text, music) on a hosted bio page.
- Trademark misuse, brand impersonation or misleading use of a logo.
- Spam, phishing, malware links or deceptive redirects.
- Harassment, hate speech or other content that breaches our Terms of Service.
What a valid DMCA notice must include
- Your name, address and contact email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact amkep URL(s) where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review reports promptly. Valid notices result in removal or disabling of the content, and repeat infringers have their accounts terminated. The affected creator is notified and may submit a counter-notice to abuse@amkep.com. Knowingly filing a false report may expose you to liability.
