Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for all activity under your account, including keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use amkep.

You agree not to use amkep to publish, link to, or promote:

• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or artificially inflated traffic and view counts.
• Malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, or fraudulent offers.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
• Illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or sexually explicit material involving minors.
• Automated scripts, bots, or scrapers intended to manipulate the viral network, exposure credits, QR scan analytics, or referral tiers.

amkep applies bot filtering and unique-view throttling. Attempting to circumvent these protections is a material breach of these Terms.

Exposure credits, network reach and cross-promotion placements are provided on a best-effort basis. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted, reset, or revoked where we detect abuse. We do not guarantee any specific volume of views, clicks, scans, or revenue.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the billing page and may change with notice for future billing periods. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current monthly period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Plan limits (pages, blocks, uploads, and features) are enforced automatically. Downgrading may make content that exceeds the lower plan’s limits unavailable until you remove it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, unpublish bio pages, remove pages from the cross-promotion pool, or reset credits — with or without notice — where we reasonably believe there is spam, abuse, fraud, IP infringement, or a breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant amkep a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating the service, including displaying your page within the cross-promotion network. You warrant that you have the rights to everything you publish.

amkep is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that analytics data will be complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, amkep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, traffic or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to amkep in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
