Every bag at Driftwood is roasted in-house in small 5kg batches and served within 10 days of roast date, so the cup you drink is at its peak. We buy green coffee directly from growers we visit each season and publish exactly what we paid per pound. Every brew is dialed in by weight and temperature, and our tasting bar is open to anyone who wants to learn - free cupping sessions every Saturday morning.
